What You’ll Be Doing: Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers. Ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare comprehensive reports per quarter with implementations on sales growth. Work alongside engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions to customers What We Are Looking For: Sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred Understanding of the electronic components industry is preferred Knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition). Ability to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow. Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market the full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines. Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and able to execute on them. Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment preferred Ability to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service, and ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities. Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle preferred Innovative self-starters who are willing to challenge the status quo. This position is a 60/40 split; the compensation posted is an OTE number that includes the commission. ● This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees). Work Arrangement:

This position will require you to be onsite in our Milwaukee office on Mondays and visiting customers/suppliers the rest of the week. $65,000.00 - $115,114.98

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
