We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support sales and revenue operations through accurate data management and CRM updates in Brunswick, Maine. This Long-term Contract position offers the option of a 25 hour workweek and is expected to run for approximately six months. The ideal candidate brings strong consistency, comfort working in Excel, and the ability to handle sensitive business information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain sales-related information in internal databases and CRM platforms with a high level of accuracy.

• Review records for completeness, correct inconsistencies, and verify data before submission or upload.

• Support revenue operations activities by organizing large volumes of information in a timely and methodical manner.

• Use Excel to sort, track, and validate data while helping maintain reliable reporting inputs.

• Protect confidential information by following established privacy and security expectations, including NDA requirements when applicable.

• Collaborate with sales or operations stakeholders to resolve missing details and ensure records remain current.

• Perform routine quality checks to maintain consistency across systems and reduce entry errors.

• Assist with project-based administrative data tasks tied to ongoing operational needs during the contract period.

• Previous experience in data entry, clerical support, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter and review data accurately and consistently.
• Proficiency in Excel, including comfort working with spreadsheets, sorting, and basic data organization.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with the ability to manage numeric and text-based entries.
• Experience working with CRM systems or sales support data is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively in a project-based environment.
