Assignment Details \n
• Start/end: November 2026, ongoing
\n
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8a-4:30p; 3-4 half-day clinics; beeper call
\n
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
\n
• Call response: 30 minutes
\n
• Volume: 15-20 office patients/day; ~4-8 hospital procedures/day
\n
• Setting: Inpatient + outpatient; 2 procedure rooms, 1 UDS room, and 6 exam rooms
\n
• Support: 2 NPs, 3 Medical Office Assistants, 6 clinical staff, 1 surgery scheduler, and 1 UDS technician
\n
• EMR: MediTech
\n
• Credentialing: ~90 days
Clinical Details \n
• Required scope: General urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgery, PCNL, ureteroscopy, renal/bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, and incontinence procedures
\n
• Office procedures include vasectomy, prostate biopsy, cystoscopy with stent removal, and prostate ultrasound
\n
• Hospital scope includes broad endoscopic, stone, prostate, renal, reconstructive, and urologic procedures
\n
• Robotic surgery not required
\n
• Physician will supervise APPs and provide resident/teaching supervision
Requirements \n
• BC in Urology required
\n
• License: OH or IMLC
\n
• ACLS and BLS required
\n
• Active DEA
Compensation \n
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
\n
• Malpractice provided
\n
• Travel and lodging reimbursed
