We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. At The Atlantic District, we believe that insurance is about more than just policies—it is about people and the peace of mind we help them build. We are looking for a dedicated Multi-line Agent to join our Saint Marys office and become a familiar, trusted face in our community. Responsibilities
Advise community members on selecting the right coverage for their homes, vehicles, and families.
Manage an existing book of business by conducting regular coverage reviews and life event check-ins.
Create customized protection strategies that address the specific risks of our local clients.
Engage with local residents through networking and participating in community events to build awareness.
Process policy updates and claims inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
Maintain high standards of service to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
Current Property and Casualty insurance license.
Current Life and Health insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency setting.
Strong comfort level with computer systems and digital record-keeping.
Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in a simple, clear manner.
Residency or strong familiarity with the Saint Marys, Pennsylvania community.
Prior experience with agency management systems.
