Academic Tutor - K-12 Education

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing targeted academic support and consistent mentorship to students. You’ll lead small-group tutoring, offer one-on-one coaching, and assist teachers with classroom activities that foster engagement and social-emotional growth. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll receive training, coaching, and professional development while contributing to an inclusive, justice-driven culture focused on student success and your own leadership growth.
