Help Desk Support Specialist

GSD is looking for a Help Desk L1 Agent to join our growing Managed Service Provider team, and be the first friendly, sharp problem-solver our clients talk to when something needs fixing. You'll troubleshoot real issues, support real people, and build real skills every single day, with a team that has your back and a career path that keeps moving. What you'll do: Be the go-to contact for clients via phone, email, and our ConnectWise ticketing system Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Support installs, configs, and day-to-day maintenance for client IT systems Deliver hands‑on support both remotely and on‑site Build lasting client relationships through proactive, patient support What you bring: A customer-first mindset and clear, confident communication Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and networking fundamentals (routers, firewalls, VPNs) Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and security software 1–2 years of help desk experience (MSP environment a big plus) CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred We invest in your growth: GSD covers training materials and exam fees for approved certifications, no matter which path you choose Study on company time, fully paid, or study on your own time and earn a cash bonus for your effort This isn't just a help desk seat, it's a launchpad.
