Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.About the RoleThis is a technical client-facing role sitting at the intersection of our third-party services relationships and our engineering team. You'll be the primary point of contact for third party partners integrating with Polymarket's APIs and exchange infrastructure — helping them get live quickly, troubleshoot issues, and get the most out of our platform.You're part account manager, part solutions engineer. You understand technical infrastructure with partners works under the hood, can read and write code when needed, and know how to translate between what a client needs and what our engineering team can build. This role reports our VP of Engineering and works closely with our Head of Partnerships.What You'll DoOwn the technical onboarding experience for third party partners integrating with Polymarket's APIs — REST, WebSocket, and order entryServe as the primary technical point of contact for key partners post-onboarding, triaging issues and coordinating with engineering on resolutionsBuild and maintain integration guides, code samples, and documentation that help clients go live fasterWork cross-functionally with product and engineering to translate client feedback into platform improvements and feature requestsIdentify and flag integration bottlenecks, latency issues, and API pain points before they become client problemsSupport the institutional sales team on technical due diligence — joining client calls, answering deep API and infrastructure questions, and helping close dealsMonitor client API health and usage patterns; proactively reach out when something looks offWhat We're Looking For2–5 years in a technical client-facing role — forward deployed engineer, solutions engineering, technical account management, or similar at an exchange, fintech, or trading technology companyHands-on experience with exchange or trading APIs (REST, WebSocket, FIX); you've helped clients integrate and debug in production environmentsComfortable reading and writing code — Python, JavaScript, or similar — to build samples, debug integrations, or automate workflowsStrong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-starter who takes ownership of client issues end to end rather than passing them offFamiliar with how electronic trading works — order types, latency, market data feeds, execution qualityCollaborative by nature — you work closely with engineering, product, and sales without frictionBonus PointsExperience at a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or on-chain trading venueFamiliarity with prediction markets or event-driven financial productsExperience with market maker or HFT client integrationsBackground in quantitative finance, trading systems, or financial data infrastructureBenefitsCompetitive salary & equityUnlimited PTOFull Health, Vision, & Dental coverage401k matchHardware setup — new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessoriesPay Transparency Base salary range: $200,000 to $250,000, plus equity and benefits.This is a good-faith range for the level we're hiring at.
