Our clientis seeking a Food Service Worker to join their team. As a Food Service Worker, you will be part of a fast-paced environment supporting various culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to excellent customer service which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Food Service Worker Location: Altoona, PA Pay Range: $17/HR Shift: M-F 10a-2p OR 7p-11p What's the Job? Open and close units efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Prep, cook, and portion food following established recipes. Stock food and supplies to maintain inventory levels. Serve customers and provide exceptional customer service. Perform cleaning tasks and wash dishes by hand or using a dish machine. What's Needed? No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers. Commitment to following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Must adhere to the dress code: black pants and non-slip shoes; shirt provided by PSU must be tucked in. What's in it for me?
