This role is responsible for shaping and executing technology strategy across planning, integrated business planning, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment by leveraging modern platforms, data, AI, and analytics to create a more connected, intelligent, resilient, and efficient supply chain. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite at our Minnesota sites as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. As the Senior Director, IT Supply Chain Plan, Build, Run, you will partner with Global Supply Chain leaders to shape technology strategy and translate business priorities into a multi-year digital roadmap that drives operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. You will lead a global team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and modern technology solutions across planning, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment, while leveraging data, advanced analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision-making, resilience, and end-to-end supply chain performance.
