Job Opportunity – Emergency Medicine Physician – Tennessee

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Rural Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Rotational 10-hour shifts (morning, mid, and night); no call required

Highlights:

• 158-bed facility with approximately 101 average daily patient census and 119 billable encounters
• Accredited chest pain and stroke center
• Standard emergency medicine cases; no trauma center
• Team-based environment working alongside 1–2 physicians and APPs per shift, plus nursing and tech support
• 1-year contract duration with emergency privileges available for qualified candidates
• Two-day orientation and shadow training provided

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians must have a minimum of 3 years of Emergency Medicine experience
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Clean credentialing file required
• Standard ED procedural competency expected
• Case logs required (specific requirements provided during credentialing)
