Effectively manage and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Document all client interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client relationship practices. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on understanding client needs. Remain knowledgeable about company offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a challenging environment. Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications. A true passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients.
