We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Associate to help us grow our member base and deliver an exceptional client experience. The Role As a Sales Associate , youll be the first point of contact for prospective members and a key player in building our BFT Montclair community. Youll engage with walk-ins, leads, and local businesses, converting interest into memberships. This is a sales-focused position that also involves front desk and member service responsibilities. What Youll Do Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and in-person consultations Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective members Support front desk operations , including greeting guests, answering phones, and maintaining studio cleanliness Assist in community outreach and local events to promote the BFT brand Collaborate with the studio team to hit monthly sales and engagement targets What Were Looking For Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for fitness Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (fitness industry experience is a bonus) Available to work 1030 hours per week , including one weekend day Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What Youll Get $15/hour base pay 10% commission on all sales Free membership and discounts on retail Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding fitness brand Ready to help others transform their lives through fitness?
