Our Recruiters are responsible for procuring top talent to fill the current and on-going personnel needs with our clients in the engineering, architectural, design, administrative, and niche professional fields.

Job Specifications

• Utilize career fairs, job boards, networking and social media sites to source, identify and qualify appropriate candidates.
• Ability to work in a casual, but fast paced work environment.
• Work with Account Managers and Business Developers on future client needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Act as the point of contact for candidates in all stages of the interviewing and hiring process.
• Build long-term on-going relationships with candidates before, during and after successful placement.
• Extend offers of employment, schedule new hire on-boarding, handle employee personnel matters.

Job Requirements

• Two or more years of Recruiting and Staffing experience.
• Prefer prior experience in sourcing candidates from job boards and through referrals.
• Computer skills including Microsoft O365, Mac IOS, Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva), and Boolean search capabilities.
• Must be able to prioritize, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management skills.
• Ability to travel around the Greater Cincinnati area as needed. xhyhwjd
