Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist

To ensure high-quality care delivery, the full-time Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist will oversee quality inputs for therapists, conduct chart reviews, respond to incident reports, and monitor quality metrics while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct chart reviews and payer audits to evaluate care quality and adherence to policies Review and respond to incident reports, determining next steps and escalation paths Monitor quality metrics and support the Director of Care Quality in addressing provider quality issues Required qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work A clinical license to practice in good standing Minimum 5 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families Experience working with children in a virtual mental health setting Experience with quality review of clinical documentation and development of audit processes
