Sr QC Technician
Thermo Fisher Scientific
Senior Quality Control Technician role at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Lebanon, Tennessee facility supporting single-use manufacturing. Perform inspections and testing to ensure product and process compliance during manufacturing operations on a 10-hour day shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final product visual inspections
- Conduct dimensional testing using measuring tools and document findings in batch records
- Verify product labels, drawings, specifications, and compliance with procedures
- Monitor operations personnel adherence to SOPs and cleanroom conduct standards
- Control non-conforming material and document inspection activities appropriately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: 2 years quality control or quality assurance experience
- Preferred: cGMP manufacturing environment experience
- Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
- Proficiency with basic measurement tools
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts in fast-paced cleanroom settings
