Job Description Job Description The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of grocery and food item stores, coffee and breakfast items, leading a team of 11-25 employees. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory control. The Store Manager will report directly to the Owner and is responsible for managing all aspects of store performance, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage staff performance and development
**** early morning position, 4:30am start time. Weekends and holidays
Control inventory and ensure stock availability
Deliver excellent customer service
Develop and execute sales strategies
Oversee budget and financial management
Create and manage employee schedules
Train and develop team members
Implement visual merchandising standards
Ensure compliance with all regulations
Maintain vendor relationships
Resolve operational problems efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Preferred Qualifications
4 years experience in quick service, preferably seasonal area
High school diploma or equivalent
Serve Safe certified
Strong team leadership skills
Customer relationship management expertise
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving ability
Effective time management
Detail oriented
Must have valid drivers license
