Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printer Machine Operator
$18 - $20 per hourNew Era Cap
Position Overview Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printer operator responsible for preparing garments to match job specifications, ensuring best quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining printers. Responsibilities Start up and maintain Direct-to-Garment printers Pretreat and print DTG garments Clean machines and perform light maintenance daily Keep continuous product run through printer (load & unload) Ensure quality control from start to finish Record printing accurately in computer software Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive matters Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Detail-oriented and excellent attendance Basic computer knowledge and file types Problem‑solving skills to fix errors Ability to perform repetitive load and unload operation Ability to lift 25 lbs (ink jug cartons) Training for industrial equipment operation Basic maintenance on industrial equipment Follow all safety guidelines Adobe Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) – a plus Education and Experience High school education or equivalent Background in apparel screen printing or wide format digital printing Travel Requirement Position is 100% on-site in Miami, FL (no domestic or global travel) Compensation The hourly range is $18/hr – $20/hr (plus bonus & benefits).
