Claims Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Analyst will be responsible for the accurate adjudication and processing of medical, dental, vision, and other related claims while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and turnaround times. Key responsibilities Process and adjudicate claims accurately while handling related correspondence and electronic inquiries Ensure compliance with established plan documents and claim processing guidelines Collaborate effectively with team members, providers, and clients to resolve claims-related issues Required qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Self-motivated with strong time management skills
