Psychiatric Unit RN (Registered Nurse) in Ashland, WI - Contract

Registered Nurse Location: Ashland, WI Specialty: Psychiatric Unit Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1917 - $2310 Shift: 3x12 Rotating Housing accommodations available through client. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to adult patients with psychiatric and detox needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system. Adhere to dress code and serve as a role model for patients. Participate in a 2-3 day unit‑specific orientation with a preceptor. Work 12‑hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday. Qualifications RN license as required for this position. Minimum 1 year experience in a setting that involves psychiatric care.
