Registered Nurse (RN)

Position – Registered Nurse (RN) Location VMP Healthcare and Community Living – West Allis, WI (on‑site position) Status Full‑Time and Part‑time Hours

1. st shift: 6am - 2:30pm
2. nd shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
3. rd shift: 10pm - 6:30am

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor residents' conditions and document changes accurately. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Every other weekend & holiday rotation required.
