A campaign needs more than a good idea. It needs a realistic schedule, clear responsibilities, and someone who follows the details through to delivery.

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager in Scottsdale to coordinate campaigns and promotional projects from brief to completion. You’ll work with marketing colleagues, creative contributors, and external partners to keep deliverables aligned and stakeholders informed.

Projects You’ll Keep Moving

• Turn marketing briefs into project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Confirm requirements, responsibilities, and approval stages.
• Coordinate content, design, digital, and promotional deliverables.
• Lead project meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Track resources, approved budgets, and outstanding requirements.
• Review progress and address delays or conflicting priorities.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedules, and project expectations.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for campaign launches and events.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status updates.
• Review completed projects and recommend process improvements.

Bring Coordination Experience

Experience in marketing project management, campaign coordination, events, communications, or another delivery-focused role is preferred. Relevant experience supporting hospitality, retail, or service-business promotions in Scottsdale is also welcome.

You should bring:

• Strong planning skills and consistent follow-through.
• Clear communication with creative teams and business stakeholders.
• Confidence managing several deadlines and deliverables.
• Practical problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, project management tools, and marketing workflows.
• A reliable commute to our Scottsdale workplace.

A particular degree isn’t required. We’re interested in examples of work you’ve coordinated and how you handled changing requirements.

You’ll receive guidance on company systems, brand standards, and approval processes. Working alongside the wider team, you’ll develop your experience in campaign delivery, resource planning, and balancing creative requirements with business priorities.
