Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP state license or eligibility for state certification
• Experience working with school-aged children, K-12, strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Work closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and training to staff and families as needed
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Adapt interventions to meet each child’s unique strengths and challenges
