Technology Support Lead - MQ Series - JPMorganChase

Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day support operations for MQ Series production services, ensuring high availability and performance. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents across Java, Linux, and SQL components. Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement root‑cause analysis and preventive measures. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best‑practice guides for MQ Series and related infrastructure. Requirements 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise MQ Series environments. Strong proficiency in Java, Linux, and SQL with hands‑on troubleshooting skills. Experience with AWS services and cloud‑based messaging architectures. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
