Order Processor/Office Administrator/Warehouse AssociateThe Order Processor/Office Administrator/Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in the daily flow and duties within the warehouse and import/export departments as needed. How you will be successful…Input orders into company’s WSM SystemHelp as needed in import/export departmentsReview daily shipment logCreate shipping paperwork for inbound client shipmentsCreate shipping paperwork for outbound deliveriesTrack shipments and update master listHandle any issues or discrepancies with shipmentsCommunicate delivery updates with Clients and sales teamMonitor client’s inventory and run reports if necessaryOrder more supplies when necessaryReceives verbal instructions from managerExamine incoming and outgoing shipments.Use RF gun and Data entry in our Warehouse Management SystemComplete any additional Task and Duty’s assignedWhat you will bring….High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelData entry experienceStrong administration and warehouse background.Be able to do basic math functions and use a calculatorExcellent communication and organizational skillsFlexible schedule, ability to work extended hours/over-time as neededHigh level of energy and drive to work with the warehouse employeesAble to demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving.Maintain neat, clean, and orderly work area appearance.Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.Physical Requirements: Ability to understand, process, and record all warehouse data that is required. Ability to meet all physical requirements including standing, bending, sitting, and operating of warehouse machinery.
