Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Work Schedule Shifts available: Day Shift: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM Evening Shift: 3:45 PM–11:15 PM Pay Pay range: $42.50–$54.37/hr depending on experience. Job Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care. Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Qualifications Current RN license in the state for which applying. Current CPR certification. Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred.
