Senior Manager, Monetization Strategy & Operations

Caribou Biosciences seeks a Senior Manager to oversee its vehicle protection product business, driving revenue growth through strategy, partnership management, and sales optimization. The role involves owning financial performance metrics, designing product offerings, and leading cross-functional initiatives to expand customer adoption and earnings.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance and accountability for product adoption rates and earnings
• Design and launch sales process changes with success metrics and iterate based on results
• Conduct independent data analysis to identify performance drivers and inform strategy
• Manage day-to-day partnerships with product providers and negotiate terms
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Analytics, and other teams

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing P&L and revenue-driving business units
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and interpreting experimental results
• Track record building and scaling sales processes or product offerings
• Experience negotiating and managing strategic vendor or partner relationships
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to own accountability for metrics and drive results independently
