About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Innovation and Creative Technology to spearhead the integration of emerging technologies into the creation of cutting-edge digital, physical, interactive, and immersive experiences. This senior-level role demands a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend creative strategy, AI, design, technology, and production. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creative technology vision across a diverse client base, exploring the potential of various emerging technologies, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to bring ambitious ideas to life. A key aspect of the role is to establish a culture of experimentation, helping clients understand the value of new technologies, and mentoring talent in the creative, technology, and production fields. Applicants for the Head of Innovation and Creative Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience managing a technology or creative team within a leading agency. The role requires a multidisciplinary leader with a proven track record of merging technology and creativity in impactful ways. The ideal candidate will have a background that may include technology, product, or innovation, and must possess the technical fluency to grasp the possibilities and limitations of emerging technologies, as well as the creative judgment to discern when technology enhances an experience.
