Training Support Specialist

Our client, a leader in the diagnostics industry, is seeking a Training Support Specialist to join their team. As a Training Support Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance and Training Department supporting global sites. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Training Support Specialist Location: Westbrook, ME (100% On-Site) Pay Range: $30/hr. - $33/hr. Duration: 15+Month Contract Shift: 8AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) What's the Job? Assure timely training of employees by routing documents and scheduling classes. Gather data and report training metrics to management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Maintain and update training records within the Learning Management System (LMS). Support the development and revision of training materials and curricula. Coordinate resources such as instructors, course materials, and training spaces to facilitate effective training sessions. What's Needed? BS in preferably in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with training in a regulated environment is desirable. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards such as ISO and FDA is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's in it for me?
