Responsibilities Support program initiatives to enable business partners to operate without obstacles. Build expertise on system validations and learn the end-to-end clinical trial process. Work with stakeholders at all levels to uncover and communicate user needs. Plan, design, and conduct testing activities, engage support teams, and compile critical content for training and communication to users. Apply a structured approach to discover, document, and manage business processes and stakeholder needs. Gather insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, unarticulated problems, unmet needs, and pain points. Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Users, Product Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure IT solutions are valuable and viable. Collect documentation related to clinical domain business processes, trace requests and responses, and document business/user needs. Continuously deepen expertise in the clinical trials business domain. Leverage business and user insights to generate solution ideas and prioritize initiatives that maximize IT value. Identify and measure the business value of initiatives, ensuring solutions achieve targeted outcomes. Drive enablement, adoption, and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product. Acquire knowledge of existing solutions through IT communities and advise business stakeholders. Partner with scrum masters, technical leads, and development teams to manage high‑quality product delivery using Agile SDLC. Ensure a healthy backlog of well‑formed epics, features, and user stories aligned with the roadmap to support squad delivery. Apply Product Model principles to maximize business value. Education and Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Core Experience & Skills 8+ years in product management, product or business analysis, or a related role. Experience working within a global team. Strong listening skills, ability to ask thoughtful questions, and formulate solutions. Curiosity, persistence, and ability to distill pain points and simplify complex problems. Root‑cause analysis expertise and ability to recommend actionable improvements. Critical thinking that balances stakeholder and user needs while embracing new ideas and evidence. Rapid adaptation to evolving technology and application to business requirements. Effective communication with peers, executives, and across organizational levels. Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive projects. Relationship management across diverse cultures, geographies, and hierarchies. Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and coordinate activities. Self‑driven and capable of working independently. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Desired Experience & Domain Knowledge Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Understanding of the clinical trials domain from a data collection and management perspective. Experience with GxP validations, SDLC, or working with SaaS and COTS vendors. Salary and Compensation Base salary range: $117,000.00 – $184,200.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
