Driver
Locations: Sacramento
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation services for individuals. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring students arrive safely to and from school while maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow assigned routes and schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
- Report incidents, accidents, safety concerns, or vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
- Door-to-Door Assistance: Physically assist individuals from their homes into the vehicle and safely into their medical destination.
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass background checks and other required screenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility aids like wheelchairs.
- Okay with a split shift set up (6:45am to 10:45am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm)
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial driving experience.
- CDL license is a plus but not required.
- Customer service experience.
