About the Role: Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including entrees, sides, and desserts, for our residents Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations Ensure efficient food preparation and presentation, ensuring that meals are served hot and look appealing Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special meals for residents with dietary restrictions or preferences Maintain accurate records of food inventory, usage, and waste Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Responsibilities: Food Preparation : Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menus, and dietary restrictions Kitchen Management : Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations Inventory Management : Manage food inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste Teamwork : Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare special meals, and assist with food service during peak periods Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and colleagues Requirements: Education : (Level of Education) or equivalent experience Experience : (Minimum Years of Experience) of experience in food preparation and service Certifications/Licenses : (Certifications/Licenses) required Special Skills : (Special Skills), such as food allergy awareness or dietary restriction knowledge Benefits: (Benefits) #J-18808-Ljbffr
