Construction Project Coordinator

Immediate Need - Construction Project Coordinator NOVON Consulting is partnering with a well-established Minnesota construction company seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist project managers across residential, commercial, agricultural, and equestrian sectors. Compensation: $60K–$70K base salary plus a generous bonus structure and exceptional benefits package. The Construction Project Coordinator supports estimating, planning, and execution for mixed-use construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role coordinates with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with company standards. Qualifications Degree or certificate in Construction Management or related field. 3–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction. Experience with estimating, project coordination, and cost control. Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and technical documents. Knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, and project documentation. Proficiency with construction management software; Buildertrend and SmartBuild preferred. Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams. Support estimating, subcontractor procurement, contract review, and scope alignment. Maintain communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and leadership on project status. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and logs. Participate in pre-construction and coordination meetings to keep projects aligned. Track project risks, cost variances, and schedule impacts, and support corrective action. Use Buildertrend, SmartBuild, and related systems to manage project data and reporting.
