Software Developer – Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE)
Location: Farmington Hills, MI (Hybrid, 3 days/week) | Contract-to-Hire
Overview
Our client is seeking a hands-on .NET/C# developer who can work directly with business teams to understand challenges, build and implement solutions, and improve business processes.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business teams across the organization to identify challenges and opportunities
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and drive them through implementation
- Design, build, and deploy solutions using .NET/C#
- Improve and streamline business processes through software
- Bridge business needs with technical execution, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong .NET/C# development skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to work directly with business users and bridge business needs with technical execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with system integrations
- Experience with workflow automation
- Experience with AI solutions, including AI agents
Pay rate: $60/hr. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, hybrid (3 days/week onsite) in Farmington Hills, MI.
