Employ consultative selling techniques to increase earnings and customer satisfaction. Sales Responsibilities Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers. Build value around product and service packages. Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions. Upsell and cross‑sell services to maximize satisfaction and sales performance. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Execute proven sales closing techniques. Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends. Customer Service Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences. Build strong relationships with customers. Resolve customer concerns professionally. Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score. Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment. Team & Store Responsibilities Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards. Participate in ongoing training and development. Support company initiatives and promotions. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. Reliable transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Retail sales, wireless, telecommunications, cable, customer service, or technology sales experience. Commission‑based sales experience.
