The Associate Physician is a key member of the clinical team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered fertility care while supporting the growth and success of the clinic. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of physicians and staff to help individuals and families on their journey to parenthood. The Associate Physician will engage in a variety of clinical, procedural, and consultative responsibilities, contributing to the clinic's mission and high standards of care.

Key responsibilities include conducting consultations and assessments for patients undergoing fertility treatments, performing fertility-related procedures, providing detailed patient education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate documentation, staying current with advancements in reproductive medicine, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, participating in marketing or outreach events, supporting clinical research initiatives, and performing other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position requirements include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution, board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology, completion of a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) fellowship, and a valid medical license in the state of practice or ability to obtain one. Skills required include strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation.
