Wound Care Registered Nurse - Impactful Patient Care

Healogics is seeking an RN to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center, handling intake and discharge per clinical standards. The role may also support vein clinic activities after training and can serve as a case manager for a group of patients. Responsibilities include initial assessments, documenting care plans, and collaborating with physicians, program directors, and the medical director to meet patient needs.
