Family Medicine near Metro Nebraska
Build a long-term practice with an established patient panel from day one. This Family Medicine opportunity near a major Nebraska metro offers the autonomy of rural medicine with the support of an experienced clinical team, a four-day workweek, and the flexibility to practice the full scope of Family Medicine without Obstetrics.

- Established Patient Panel: Step into a busy practice with immediate volume due to a physician retirement.
- Full-Spectrum Family Medicine: Practice broad outpatient medicine with the option to perform procedures based on your interests.
- Collaborative Team: Join four physicians, six APPs, dedicated 1:1 MA or nursing support, and centralized clinic resources.
- Flexible Four-Day Schedule: Four 10-hour clinic days with a built-in 90-minute administrative block and minimal inpatient responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- $300,000 guaranteed base salary plus $46 per wRVU production incentives
- $30,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and residency stipend available
- Quality incentives paid at $4 per wRVU
- Six weeks PTO, $5,000 CME allowance, malpractice coverage, loan repayment eligibility, and retirement matching
Who You Are
- MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
- Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified long-term candidates
