Responsibilities Serve as a trusted bridge between business teams and IT Translate complex technical changes into clear, actionable guidance for users Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities related to master data, sourcing, planning and execution flows, reporting and analytics Evaluate new Oracle features and determine business applicability and risk Lead testing efforts, influence system design decisions, and proactively improve system performance and usability Essential Requirements Four-year degree in a supply chain field Minimum 6 years’ experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Applications with at least 3 in a functional planning role Strong Understanding of ERP/SCM Processes Supply Chain Planning Manufacturing Planning Procurement / Purchasing Product Information Management Inventory Management or Order Management Proven experience working with the user community providing training and leading UAT or implementation activities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess cross-functional system impacts. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel – 10%, overnight, globally Nice to have Hands-on experience with Oracle quarterly update cycles Familiarity with system governance, controls, and audit requirements Remote Work and Benefits Beckman Coulter Diagnostics offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement. The salary range for this role is $103,500 to $130,000 and the role may be eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
