Quick Facts Location: 1900 Columbus Avenue, Bay City, MI Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Flexible, outpatient focus with call coverage (1:3) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: W-2, employed Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Experience: Relevant GI practice and procedures expertise Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (based on experience and training, to be discussed at interview) Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages with weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical, vision, and dental insurance plans Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Medical malpractice insurance plus tail coverage License and DEA reimbursement CME funds Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses Robust referral bonus program Two investment options 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Perform ambulatory endoscopy procedures, including ERCP and EUS (specialization required) Manage inpatient and outpatient GI cases at McLaren Bay Region and the ambulatory surgery center Share call coverage (1:3) with hospitalist support Collaborate with a team of experienced GI professionals and support staff Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management Contribute to the growth of a new practice and build lasting patient relationships Participate in hospital meetings and community health initiatives as needed What You Need Active or eligible Michigan medical license and DEA certification Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology Proven experience with endoscopy, ERCP, and EUS Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient care excellence Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Bay City, Michigan, focused on providing top-tier gastrointestinal care.
