Job Title: Level 4 RN Profession: RN Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 hours Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of Cath Lab experience required License: RN License (New York License ONLY) Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Moderate Sedation Trained, Telemetry Must-Have: - TAVR, Microclip, and Watchmen - Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTriever - Mechanical Circulatory Support Experience Required: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo, and LVAD - Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty, and ASA - Critical care or Cardiac experience required Description: The Cath Lab specializes in both inpatient and outpatient procedures. The focus is on mechanical and electrical diagnosis and intervention for cardiac patients. The lab cares for a diverse range of adult and pediatric patients with various conditions. The Cath Lab offers a comprehensive program that includes pre and post procedural care holding areas. The practice model emphasizes collaboration among RN staff and cardiovascular technologists. The goal is to achieve excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
