General Dentist Opportunity – Dr. Shannon Lawson DDS | Tooele, UT | Full-Time (4–5 Days/Week)

• Strong earning potential, with annual compensation ranging from $290,000 to $350,000+

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide full-scope general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, prosthodontic, operative, oral surgery, endodontic, and implant services
• Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient care
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care
• Build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to practice growth

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Active Utah dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current CPR certification
• Previous clinical experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
• Interest in long-term practice growth and ownership opportunities preferred
