Licensed Practical Nurse

Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Thomasville, NC for one of our biggest clients!

Location : Thomasville, NC (Onsite) Duration : 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Schedule

Monday/Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

SUMMARY : We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our primary care center serving Mohawk Industries employees, their spouses, and dependents. This is a six-month assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and clinic needs.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and providing guidance with professionalism and care.
Perform general nursing duties, including obtaining patient histories, documenting medications, collecting data, and administering vaccines and immunizations.
Exhibit strong phlebotomy skills, conducting frequent lab draws to meet clinic demands.
Assist in setting up and facilitating procedures as directed by the provider.
Observe and record patient progress, reporting relevant details to the supervising provider.
Administer prescribed medications as required.

Qualifications

Active LPN license or temporary permit to practice.
Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively address patient concerns and questions.
Phlebotomy expertise is required .
Comfortable working in a collaborative setting with one primary provider and a dual nurse.
