Licensed Practical Nurse

Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Thomasville, NC for one of our biggest clients!
Location : Thomasville, NC (Onsite) Duration : 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Schedule- Monday/Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and providing guidance with professionalism and care.
- Perform general nursing duties, including obtaining patient histories, documenting medications, collecting data, and administering vaccines and immunizations.
- Exhibit strong phlebotomy skills, conducting frequent lab draws to meet clinic demands.
- Assist in setting up and facilitating procedures as directed by the provider.
- Observe and record patient progress, reporting relevant details to the supervising provider.
- Administer prescribed medications as required.
- Active LPN license or temporary permit to practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively address patient concerns and questions.
- Phlebotomy expertise is required .
- Comfortable working in a collaborative setting with one primary provider and a dual nurse.
