We're seeking a Retail Production Team Lead to join our Goodwill team! In this role, you'll lead daily donation processing, support store operations, and help your team meet production and customer service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate retail associates and donation processing staff.
• Oversee donation sorting, inventory, and merchandise preparation for the sales floor.
• Monitor daily production goals, quality standards, and store safety.
• Assist with employee scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of management, supervisory, shift lead, or key holder experience.
• Must successfully pass employment verification for previous relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; qualifying Goodwill training programs may substitute.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift 40–50 lbs.
• Previous retail or donation processing experience preferred.
