Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wilkes Barre is seeking a Spa Associate to join our team. Spa Associates have the important role of engaging with customers to provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience at the spa.
The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health & wellness benefits of massage therapy & skincare services
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude & be a team player
- Hourly wage plus ongoing sales commissions for each new member, and bonuses
- Flexible schedules
- Our employee rewards program includes one FREE massage or facial each month
- Ongoing employee discounts on skincare products and massage & facial services
- Monthly in-spa contests
- Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with ease, all while focusing on the guest
