Job Description:

- Unit Information:
- Total Number of Beds: 30
- Staff: 31.2 FTE

- Staff Composition:
- Day Shift: Varies by census (typically includes 1 Charge RN, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 Sitters)
- Night Shift: Varies by census

- Patient Ratios: 1:5

- Equipment Used:
- Spine & Ortho Braces
- EMR: Meditech

- Preferred Skill Set:
- Must Have:
- Meditech Experience
- Preferred:
- Certified in Spine and/or Ortho backgrounds


- Typical Procedures:
- Total Knees
- Laminectomy
- VP Shunt Revision
- Fusions
- Total Hip
- ORIF
- ACDF


- Best Personality Fit:
- Teamwork is essential!

- BLS


- Dress Code:
