We are seeking a reliable Laboratory Assistant to support daily lab operations in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in specimen processing, phlebotomy, and venipuncture, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Perform specimen collection including phlebotomy and venipuncture
• Process and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
• Maintain accurate records and labeling of samples
• Ensure proper handling and storage of specimens
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure workflow efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Support general lab operations and administrative tasks as needed

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of laboratory processing, phlebotomy, and venipuncture experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively
