Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) - Bartow

Outpatient PA role in Bartow combining primary care continuity + urgent care variety. $125K-$188K base salary, up to $45K/year in performance bonuses, and up to $5K sign-on. We offer AI tools to significantly reduce charting and a supportive team environment.

Compensation + Perks

$125K-$188K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)
Up to $45,000/year in performance incentive bonuses
Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
Educate patients on preventive health and wellness
Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools

Requirements

NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
