Description Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) - Bartow Outpatient PA role in Bartow combining primary care continuity + urgent care variety. $125K-$188K base salary, up to $45K/year in performance bonuses, and up to $5K sign-on. - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
- Educate patients on preventive health and wellness
- Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools
- NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
- FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
- Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
- New grads are welcome
