VP of Communications

We are in search for a VP of Communications to lead our dynamic Communications department. This position presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape our messaging and enhance our brand presence in the competitive computer software and engineering industry. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all communication strategies and initiatives, driving internal and external messaging that resonates with our audiences. Your leadership will be critical in steering our narrative, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring our brand maintains a consistent and impactful presence. You will also collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment with company objectives as we work towards our strategic goals.

What you’ll be getting up to

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and crisis communication
• Lead and mentor the communications team to ensure high performance and quality
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft internal and external communication messages
• Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, and social media
• Evaluate communication metrics to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Represent the organization at events and public engagements

What you’ll need to flourish

• Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in communications, with significant experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record in developing successful communication strategies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital communication channels and public relations
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and networks
• Experience in the computer software and engineering industry is highly preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $245,000 - $290,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
