Automation Engineering Director

Leading the enterprise capability for workflow automation and internal tooling, the full-time remote Automation Engineering Director will define the roadmap, design impactful solutions, and establish governance standards to enable safe automation across the organization. Key responsibilities Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for automation, internal tools, and citizen-development enablement, incorporating AI where beneficial Design and build workflow automations, integrations, and internal tools that interface with various enterprise systems Establish development standards and governance practices, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and data integrity expectations Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in automation engineering, software engineering, or related technology leadership roles Proven experience leading complex workstreams in workflow automation and low-code/no-code solutions Strong technical foundation in APIs, data flows, and modern software delivery practices Hands-on experience applying AI to automation and workflow design Familiarity with Salesforce, ADO/Jira, and enterprise application ecosystems
