bring to the table high school diploma/ged or trade certification preferred 2–5 years maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) valid driver's license and clean driving record experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction services preferred day-to-day complete preventive and corrective maintenance per work orders perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and hvac tasks conduct service inspections and maintain building systems use tablet/smartphone technology to log work, submit reports, and track time communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction attend safety training and comply with osha standards
